Day 2 Activity 3!

Hello bloggers, today I'm going to be telling you about someone I know that has been brave before. The person is my brother Josh, because he had to go to the doctors, because he might have broke his arm. When they took an x-ray of his arm they said that he had fractured his arm, so he had to get a cast he fractured his arm by jumping on the trampoline. He got a new cast two weeks after he got the cast, he chose the army cast. It looked really cool. Two weeks after he got the new cast he got his cast off.

Here is the first cast he got!

Here is the second cast he got!

Here is him getting his cast off!

Hope you like it!

Bye!

  1. Hello Jorja, its me Parwin! I see you are also doing the SLJ, the challenge is on!

I really liked how you included pictures and you also explained how he was brave, It was also great that you said what had happened as well.

This reminds me of when my older brother got his both of his arms broken. He was at our old school and he was playing on the swings, then someone came and pushed him and he fell on the concrete and broke his arms.

I think that to improve, maybe you could explain why you are writing that, I already know because I am also doing the SLJ, but some people might not know so it is better if you explain why you are doing it!

    Awesome work!

Looking forward to your next posts,
    Parwin

  2. Hello Jorja,
    Its me Alan.

Outstanding work jorja. I really liked how you wrote it including the pictures.

This reminds me of the time my brother hurt his arms.

I think to improve maybe you can put all the pictures in a presentation.
    Kind regards
    Alan

  3. Hi Jorja! It's Mia from Yaldhurst. Awesome work! I really liked the way you added in pictures and added in lot's of detail on what happened.

I have never broken any bones before, or fractured, have you? I think that Josh was really brave!

To improve, maybe you can make your blog a bit more creative by using canva, visme, biteable, or something else that you can think of!

    Great work!
    Mia

I like how you added lots of information to your blurb. Wow how brave of your brother.

I have never broken my arm before, next time I think you should be more creative with the pictures and more pictures. Have you ever broke your arm?

  5. Hi there Jorja,

Great work on completing another Summer Learning Journey activity - keep up the good work. Don’t forget to comment back to blog commenters as well as on others SLJ blog posts to gain extra points.

Your brother sounds like he was very brave. He seems like he thought that the saw that they use to cut off the cast is pretty awesome. It is quite loud and it's amazing how it only cuts through the cast and no further than that. The army cast was a great choice of design.
What colour cast would you get if you ever had to have one?
I broke my wrist a long time ago and I got a purple cast.

Until next time, happy blogging :)
    Emma
